This place is really great. As others mentioned there is plenty of room and with all of the potted trees, the environment is beautiful and calming to be in. There is outdoor seating. It's also just a couple blocks up from the prairie path so if you happen to be passing through I recommend a stop. My husband and I both had a latte and we shared a couple empanadas. Delicious. We'll be back to try the chai.

It is true about their parking lot. The parking lot facing the apartments are residential and the lot facing the cafe along with shared shops are public. Make sure you park on the correct side just in case. It doesn’t look like it from the outside but the inside is huge. There is no shortage of seating unless it gets absurdly busy. They have lattes, refreshers, espressos, chai, hot teas, ice cream, pound cakes, and a variety of pastries. The menu is Middle Eastern inspired with influences from Latin America (empanadas) and America (muffins and croissants). We ordered a date cardamom latte, green, strawberry, mango refresher, pistachio milk cake, and bird’s nest baklava. The drinks were good. Neither was too sweet or bitter. The pistachio milk cake was surprisingly very moist and flavorful. The bird’s nest baklava was not sweet, a good crunch from the pistachios and bird’s nest. Service was very friendly. The employee explained what all of the pastries were and whether or not they were too sweet. Pricing was fair.

This place has a beautiful ambiance. Extremely clean and Beautiful greenery all around, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. As far as food and the drinks I had the Yemeni Chia and it was delicious, my daughter had the Green Strawberry Refresher, she said it had just the right amount of sweetness with a solace of lemonade for a full flavor. We ate the Argentinian Chicken Empanadas with the Mango Chutney, which to us was a perfect combination. The pastry was soft with the chicken having great flavor. We look forward to coming back again and trying more items on the menu.

My new favorite cafe!!! I have lived in the GCC and coffee shops are just next level there, this was such lovely spot to discover. I’ve never had a disappointing drink, favorites are the biscoff latte and strawberry matcha soooo good. Iced right now perfect for this heat. Had the spinach empanada yesterday and it was perfect! Buttery crust and delicious filling, 5/5! Cakes and pastries could use a bit of modification, but all else on point! I am back again and again for those delicious sips

This was the second time I’ve been here. The first time I just had a vanilla latte, and it was great. This time I got a chance to try a few more things. I got the cinnamon bun latte from their spring seasonal menu, and it was fantastic! I expected it to be too sweet, honestly, but it wasn’t! It was the perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess. I will definitely be going back for another. My friend had the original chai and she let me try some and it was also simply amazing! Perfect amount of sweetness and spices! I also tried the butter chicken empanada, and I’m drooling remembering it. The pastry was tender and not dry at all. The filling was flavorful and the chicken was juicy. My friend had the samosa empanada and also loved every bite of it. We also both tried some pastry desserts. I had a baklava finger and of all the things I had, it was my least favorite. I can’t remember which she tried, but she also wasn’t as big of a fan of it as her other items. We sat on the front patio, and it was great. Nice open space, and you get to be a part of the comings and goings of downtown Lombard as people walk around town. It’s near the train station, so there was occasional noise, but it’s to be expected. We moved indoors after a bit to get out of the sun (some umbrellas for outdoors might be nice), and the inside is just beautiful with gorgeous tile, beautiful artwork, and tons of seating. The staff was friendly and helpful as we asked about the various pastries and what they would recommend. The cafe is very clean, open, and welcoming. The bathrooms were also very clean and nice.

This cafe is absolutely beautiful. It’s filled with vibrant indoor plants and really nice art that creates such a warm, inviting vibe. There’s plenty of natural light, making it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The space is very clean and well kept, which makes the experience even better. There are plenty of seating options, and one of my favorite things is that they even have an area where you can pray — which is so thoughtful and something you rarely see in cafes! They also have amazing drinks, pastries, and other snacks. I met the owner, and he is so kind, as is the entire staff. I’ve tried their refreshers and coffee, and I highly recommend both. If you’re into sweet but not overly bitter coffees, you have to try their iced caramel avalanche — you’ll fall in love with it! They also have board games you can play while enjoying your drinks, which makes it a fun place to hang out with friends or family. Another great bonus: they offer a card reward system. You get a little card, and every time you buy something, they punch it. After a certain number of purchases, you earn a free drink! Overall, I highly recommend this place — you won’t be disappointed!

I love this place! Will definitely be a new go-to work from home spot. You can tell the people that work here care about their job, great service! I got a pistachio latte and Asiago bagel and both are incredible. It’s so cute here too. Love that they have little cubbies perfect for working in a more private space. Would give 10 stars if I could!!

This is a top notch place for coffee and pastries. Their seasonal avalanche drink is a must. And cakes are excellent. Calm vibe. No music. Plenty of space. Locally owned establishments.
